	Marilyn "Toodie" Sitka As a native of Fort Bend County and a resident of Richmond, Marilyn “Toodie” Sitka has a vast knowledge of Fort Bend County and its surrounding areas and communities. With this advantage on your side, you can rest assured that you will be receiving the finest real estate expertise in the area! Toodie received her Associate’s Degree in Business from Wharton County Junior College. She then received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration/ Marketing from the University of Houston. Toodie is a proud Texas REALTOR® and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors National Association of REALTORS®, Houston Association of REALTORS® and the Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association, LLC. Toodie is e-PRO® certified, allowing her to advantageously utilize the internet to back up your real estate needs. She is also has an SRES Designation (Senior Real Estate Specialists) which enables her to better serve clients with their 50+ real estate needs. Toodie has been a parishioner at Sacred Heart Church in Richmond, Texas since 1986. She has 20+ years of Procurement and Contracts experience, which enables her to have sound know-how in customer service, negotiating, and essential marketing.
	Greg Mensik is a Fort Bend county native and long-time resident of Rosenberg. He completed his Associates Degree in Fire and Safety Technology at Houston Community College. His professional experience includes Certifications from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection as Master Fire Fighter, Master Fire Inspector, and Master Fire and Arson Investigator. In addition, Greg is a certified Master Police Officer from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement along with a Plumbing Inspector license from Texas Plumbing Examiners. In 2002, Greg graduated from the National Fire Academy after completing the Executive Fire Officer program which accepted only 250 applicants. Greg worked for the city of Rosenberg for 30 years retiring in 2005 as the Fire Chief. Then in 2006 Greg returned to work for the Richmond Police Department as a detective in the Identification Division working crime scenes photographing and collecting evidence. In 2008, Greg started working for the Richmond Fire Marshal’s office as an inspector/investigator. Greg is happily married to his wife Jeanette Smidovec of 39 years. They have two sons, Kevin and Keith, a daughter-in-law, April, and a grandson, Jack. In his spare time, Greg and his family enjoy spending time at their second house in Sargent, Texas. Greg is excited to join the real estate business with Richmond Property Shoppe, llc and looks forward to helping his neighbors and friends of the Fort Bend county area buy and sell property.
